The picture. We have capabilities beyond our imagination, but they are untapped.
Is anything giving you a headache? Or are you worried about someone you love?
Get their picture. Now as you look at that picture, see them, really see them.
Convince yourself that it's them and not a picture.
Once the image is clear, begin to speak. You will be speaking directly to their spirit.
If it's a bad boss, say something to change their demeanor. If it's a sick relative, tell them they are well.
Repeat this often until you see a change.
