Practice is a higher realm than learning. Welcome to this week's Nugget of Mastery. The Thought for Your Brethren This week, the most important thing you can do for your neighbors is to pray for them. You will gain an understanding of what it means to pray for anyone other than yourself or your immediate family. Send someone, one person, outside your immediate circle a message, asking if they have any prayer requests. Ask for any points of contact. A point of contact is something personal they might have, a picture, an object. They might have and stand with them for that week. Keep checking in to ask how things are going. There is no prayer you make for someone else that is not benefiting you directly. Believe me, as you pray for the person, listen to any structure you might have for them from God and allow God to reveal to you unseen situations in that person's life. You will learn over time to stop thinking just about yourself.
