Practice is a higher realm than learning. Welcome to this week's Nugget of Mastery.
Expanding the spirit man. This one took me a while to consider putting in here but anyhow.
So this week you will learn to expand the spirit man. Here's what I want you to do.
Whether in office or at home close your eyes and silence your inner self.
Now see in your mind a light begin to brighten from your chest or bosom area.
If you can't see it keep at it until you do.
Next I want you to see that light grow until you're glowing.
Finally expand it until you feel the entire room.
All this is happening in your mind remember.
With your eyes still closed pick the emotions and the thoughts of the people that light touches.
Do this often and trust me you will master the art of knowing the thoughts of people in your vicinity.
