The spirit of a man.
This week is a simple exercise.
Every person has a spirit inside them and you will learn to consciously speak to the spirit of that man and not necessarily to the person.
To do this, find yourself a distance away from someone you may or may not know and without them knowing, look at them intently.
You will be shocked to find that they turned to look at you because they felt your stare.
Another technique is to look at them and whisper their name or something like, look at me.
Remember, you aren't close to them so they can't hear you.
If they turn, you successfully learnt how to speak to the spirit of a person.
This takes practice so don't be frustrated.
